Long Weekend

Who would have thought I'd end up fishing in Yarrawonga on my long week end?!
I've always been a bit skeptical about fishing, it takes all day, you're in the sun, chances of catching a fish are probably low for me...

And what if I did catch a fish? It would be slimily flopping around at my feet while I'm supposed to try to take the hook out of it's disgusting mouth?!
But over the week end I realised, that fishing (well our fishing) wasn't about fishing at all!

We spent all day out on the lake, drinking wine and chatting in the sunshine.

With only one fish caught (which we had to throw back) I had a great week end of fishing!

Looking at their site, they have wonderfully put up current styles, along with whats involved (cut, colour and styling costs) which I think is fantastic for those that hate hidden costs (like me!).

Forward Thinking

Heading off to Perth in just over a week!
I can't stop thinking about it!
Not only do I get to see my gorgeous girl Natalie, but I get to explore a whole new city!

So, of course, there's research to be done.

First type into google for Perth fashion brought up Tarvydas, whom I've heard of, but never realised what an inspirational woman Ruth Tarvydas was!

A real pioneer in Australian fashion, she's now stocked in stores across the world with celebs prancing down red carpets in her frocks!

If only I had that sort of motivation!

Hardy Amies

Woo Hoo!

Last day of Uni!!! I'm so happy, all that needs doing is a bit of printing and a bit

of finishing up! Now in this last couple of weeks that I've been scratching my eyes

out doing way too much homework, I stumbled across the Fashion in Motion (2006) snaps of Hardy Amies collection. Maybe a couple years old, but still so elegant!
